Christ and Satan in Contrast

- Who would say, "I hate Jesus Christ and love Satan." Or, "I hate truth and love falsehood?"

- Perhaps nobody in his right mind would say that. However, Christ saw it in His time.

- The truth is, people do not know what they are saying.

And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. Dear brethren, Please share your Spiritual revelations for this verse. Literally interpreting this verse - GOD Who is all knowing would not create and afterwards felt sorry for what He did.

Not the kind that the Natural man (1 Corinthians 2:14) understands. These are the SPIRITUAL and the LITERAL. From this we are guided by the following: 2 Cor 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

Brethren, it really means that nobody in this world could give private interpretation. Let us wait for God revelation. ----- Original Message ---- From: almario1 <bibletalk@purechristianity.org> To: bibletalk@purechristianity.org Sent: Tuesday, December 4, 2007 2:11:11 AM Subject: Genesis 6:7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. God LIVES, He feels, He Loves, He has emotions, He hurts, He gets sad, He hates certain things, He is a myriad of things we cannot even fully fathom! He IS Omnipotent, Omniscient, all-knowing! But He EXPERIENCES things! We know this from what is written in His Word the Bible; we need no new revelation to see that (in my opinion). Just because He knows everything past, present, and future doesn't mean He can't be involved in and experience the journey right along with His people-----all of us who are Christians! That's my take on it. And P.S. I like the pure-Christianity site's views and interaction, but have not visited it anymore because I'm constantly getting crude obscene e-mails offering to sell male enhancement stuff and obscene video links! If the owner of this site is really like that at heart, I want no part of it; It cannot be all spam and hackers! I believe God is NOT pleased with the site; darkness and Light does not exist that easily together and is not edifying! So there! Fix it or eventually lose it, I'd say! Iwhosoever, We share the same view of this site. Like you I am so irritated with great spams made by hackers. This must be the work of spiritual Gentiles of “persecuting our Lord (truth).” Like Saul of Tarsus before recognizing their God, they exert grand efforts preventing the “lost sheep” from glancing at the light of the gospel. I already called the attention of the webmaster on this. But I suppose he encounters difficulty taking care of this problem.

Literally interpreting this verse - GOD Who is all knowing would not create and afterwards felt sorry for what He did.
Yes with the omniscience of God, He would not have created man knowing that later on would just be sorry for His act, with man's understanding of repent. But the plan of God in creating man was to establish His eternal kingdom. Of course God knew what man would do, and He was prepared for this. God only wanted to show the weakness of man that everything in His plan really depends on Him. God wanted man to recognize his limitation and He expects him to submit to Him. But only a few among the people realize this. “Repenteth” in this case therefore simply meant a feeling of sadness on the part of God.

GOD, thank you so much for the Spiritual revelations You alone is bestowing precept upon precept to the brethren. We are still waiting.... Isaiah 28:9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. Isa 28:10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

Just a supplement to Brethren postings: =============================================== Genesis 6:7 "And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. =============================================== Brethren it was known to you that earth symbolyzes man as commanded to hear the word of God as written in: Jeremiah 22:29 O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD. And in succeeding verses man, beast, creeping things and fowls of the air are to be unclean or abomination as it is written: Leviticus 20:25 "Ye shall therefore put difference between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean: and ye shall not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any manner of living thing that creepeth on the ground, which I have separated from you as unclean. Luke 14:26 " If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. " Deuteronomy 13:6 "If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul …" These are the attributes that makes the soul detestable to God that will be shaken when the Lord Jesus Christ will make it abode in children (mountain) of God as it is wrtten in: Ezekiel 38:20 "So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground." Zechariah 8:3 "Thus saith the Lord; I am returned unto Zion , and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem , and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain ot he Lord of hosts, The holy mountain."[/b] 1 Corinthian 6:19 " What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?" The Lord our God will not destroy the children of God as it is written in: Deuteronomy 4:31 "(For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them." Only those attributes that are despicable to Him as written in: Ezekiel 11:18 "And they shall come thither, and they shall take away all the detestable things thereof and all the abominations thereof from thence." After ridded of those attributes not plesing to the Lord Jesus Christ, He will give His children a new spirit as it is writeen in: Ezekiel 11:19 "And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:" Ezekiel 11:20 "That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God. Lord Jesus created all things including evil as it is written in: Proverbs 16:4 "The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil." Isaiah 45 : 7 "I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things." And it repented him of evilness as it written in: Joel 2:13 "And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evill. 2 Samuel 24:16 "And when the angel stretched out his hand upon Jerusalem to destroy it, the LORD repented him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed the people, It is enough: stay now thine hand. And the angel of the LORD was by the threshingplace of Araunah the Jebusite.

What a refreshing revelation of God for His word “repenteth.” May we have more of this.
