Tracing the 'Original Sin' (The Physical Sin)

- How could the concept of ORIGINAL SIN:

Psa. 51:5 "Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me."

Rom. 5:12 "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin."

- Be reconciled with the following:

Ezek: 18:20 "The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father ...and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him."

Deu 24:16 The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.

CHARACTERISTICS OF CHRISTIANITY: TODAY

  1. People know their respective denomination’s teachings, doctrines, and practices.
  2. They read and study the Holy Bible. They can see for themselves how the teachings and practices of the denomination conform with or match those that "are written." If the teachings contradict what "is written," then they should not have come from God, for God will never contradict Himself!
  3. EXEGESIS is a theology devised by men. People cannot comprehend how the TRUTH in the first century, or even before, could still apply in our time. All this because the Holy Bible is being "pulled" or interpreted by the leaders of the respective denominations. Does God change? (Malachi 3:6) Is not God the Word? (John 1:1) "Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, and today, and forever." (Hebrew 13:8) Is not Jesus Christ the Word of God? (Revelation 19:13) Does the word of God change with the times?
  4. The Judge is the Word of God. "And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day." -- John 12:47-48

The individual should see himself in the light of what "is written" in the Holy Bible. His judgment, therefore, is laid before his eyes.

MAN’S FREE WILL: God created man and He gave him the freedom to choose. While God is the Judge, it is the individual, in effect, who passes judgment on himself!
